Manor Solomon shares Fulham clip of Leeds United defeat
Manor Solomon has shared a social media post of himself scoring against Leeds during his Fulham days.
The Israeli international has breathed life into Daniel Farke’s squad this season, with many supporters wanting the hierarchy to splash the cash to keep Solomon at Leeds this summer.
Given his exploits in the Championship so far this season, notching seven goals and seven assists and helping Leeds to the top of the table, the club are likely to face a lot of competition.
Now, the player has shown exactly what he was capable of against his current club, one of the performances which likely earned him his free transfer to Tottenham in the summer of 2023.

Manor Solomon looking to recreate FA Cup glory for Leeds this time
Taking to Instagram stories [28 February], Solomon reshared a video of himself scoring against the Whites in a 2-0 victory via the Emirates FA Cup page, alongside the caption “2 years ago,” with a laughing emoji.
Farke will be hoping his winger can recreate a similar goal when they face West Brom on Saturday (1 March), which could see the team take a 16-point gap at the top of the Championship table.
Sheffield United, who were unlucky to not get at least a point at Bramall Lane when the two sides met recently, with Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier scoring an own goal, will be facing QPR later that day.

Premier League promotion is the only priority for Daniel Farke
Football Insider verdict
While winning silverware, such as the FA Cup, would be massive for a club like Leeds, being knocked out by Millwall in the last round might have been a blessing for Leeds.
The Whites narrowly missed out on promotion to the Premier League last season, losing 1-0 to Southampton in the play-off final, but that does not look likely to happen again.
Championship standings | Points |
1. Leeds | 75 |
2. Sheffield United | 70 |
3. Burnley | 68 |
With 13 points separating Leeds from the Blades, and Burnley another two points ahead of them, it seems only a matter of time before automatic promotion is mathematically secure.
Promotion would also mean a huge influx of cash ahead of the summer transfer window opening, giving the club more leverage to keep Solomon’s signature on a permanent basis.
Of course, Farke will need to make several additions to the squad, especially if players like Junior Firpo are to see out their Leeds contracts, but either way, excitement is building at Elland Road.
