Mark Allen must swoop and bring Celtic 26-year-old to Rangers this summer after reported PL link
Rangers have got a big rebuilding job to take on in the summer and Mark Allen could steal a march on his bitter rivals by making a sensational swoop for goalkeeper Scott Bain.
Bain denied Rangers a point at Ibrox in the recent Old Firm clash, saving from striker Alfredo Morelos late on.
And the 26-year-old, who is on loan from Dundee, turned heads with a remarkable performance that game.
And it led to Rodgers hinting that there could be a permanent deal in the offing for the goalkeeper after he fell out with Dundee manager Neil McCann.
However, celtic have two, admittedly old senior keepers in Scott Gordon and Dorus De Vries, and they have also been linked with a move for Man City’s Angus Gunn.

According to The Sun, his displays on loan for Norwich has led Celtic to want him as their number one next season.
And that would leave Bain as back-up, and possibly even third in the pecking order.
He has proved he’s better than that and as he’s out of contract in the summer he could be a bargain signing for Rangers.
Stealing him from under Rodgers’ nose would also be a statement of intent from Rangers as they look to finally haul in their rivals and make a tilt at the title next season.
But what of Wes Foderingham?
He has come under criticism from Rangers fans this season and they would welcome a new keeper at Ibrox to push him for the gloves.
Bain is the man to do that and he has more chance of landing the number one sport at Ibrox than he does with the Hoops.
