Matt Turner ‘will leave’ Nottingham Forest imminently – fans react
Nottingham Forest fans are expecting Matt Turner to leave the club this summer amid rumours linking them with a move to sign Aaron Ramsdale.
Reports claimed Forest have joined the race to sign the Arsenal and England goalkeeper who is looking to leave the Emirates in search of increased playing time this summer.
However, Nuno Espirito Santo’s team is already well-stocked with keepers as Turner is joined by Matz Sels and new signing Carlos Miguel.
This has led to claims from supporters that at least one option will be sold to make room for Ramsdale, with the USA international the most likely casualty.
Turner was relegated to the second-choice keeper after the arrival of Sels in January, and Miguel’s signing has pushed him even further down the pecking order.

Football Insider revealed earlier this summer that Ramsdale was not keen on a move to Newcastle as he wants to be the first choice.
This would mean a move to Forest could suit him better, as he would join Espirito Santo’s squad as the preferred option ahead of the club’s other keepers.
As a result, fans have insisted Turner will be leaving the club this summer.
Others suggested it could be Sels, or even both, up for sale if Ramsdale comes in.
