Max Kilman responds to Jarrod Bowen’s ‘way to end’ message as West Ham beat Ipswich
Max Kilman has responded to a message from West Ham teammate Jarrod Bowen after the Hammers beat Ipswich Town 3-1 in their final Premier League game.
Graham Potter’s side have endured a hugely disappointing top-flight campaign, finishing just 14th despite winning two of their last three games.
The Hammers took the lead against Ipswich through James Ward-Prowse before Nathan Broadhead equalised for the Tractor Boys.
But second-half strikes from Bowen and Mohammed Kudus ensured that West Ham emerged victorious at Portman Road.

Bowen has enjoyed a stellar Premier League campaign, scoring 13 goals and creating eight assists in 34 top-flight outings.
Meanwhile, after the Hammers beat the Tractor Boys, the England international celebrated the win via Instagram [25 May] as he wrote: “Good way to end. Now time for a recharge!”
Max Kilman shared his appreciation for Bowen, as he commented: “Quality again skipper” while Ollie Scarles wrote: “Top.”
West Ham brace for transfer interest in Bowen
Bowen has shown his worth for the London Stadium outfit once again by making 21 Premier League goal contributions for a side who have finished 14th in the top flight.
The 28-year-old has enjoyed a successful West Ham career, consistently producing the goods in the Premier League, while he scored the goal that won the Conference League title for the East London outfit in 2023.

Bowen has been in particularly good form for Potter’s men in recent weeks, scoring in each of his last four top-flight outings, including his goal during a 2-0 win over Manchester United on 11 May.
But while the East Londoners have enjoyed the former Hull City man’s services once again this season, West Ham must now brace themselves for transfer interest in Bowen.
His exploits in the Premier League could see him prised away from the London Stadium this summer, while Potter’s side have failed to land a top-half spot.
