Mignolet delivers Twitter verdict after Liverpool win v West Brom
By Dominic Toner
Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet expressed his delight with the clean sheet during his side’s 1-0 victory over West Brom on Sunday.
The Reds earned three points in the Premier League as Roberto Firmino scored a headed goal on the brink of half-time.
Jurgen Klopp’s side managed to produce their first clean sheet in eight league matches and edged past a resilient West Brom.
The Merseyside club have often been criticised for the failure to win ugly, but they managed to consolidate their top-four spot with a gritty display at the Hawthorns.
Mignolet hailed a great victory after the match and was thrilled to keep prevent the Baggies from scoring.

Liverpool have now won five of their last seven top flight games and given themselves a great chance of qualifying for the Champions League.
They now turn their attention to a home match against Crystal Palace next Sunday and will be looking to put some distance between themselves and the chasing pack of Manchester United, Arsenal and Everton.
Mignolet has endured a mixed season so far and has been out of the starting XI at times due to his form.
However, he has got the nod over teammate Loris Karius in the second half of the season and is Klopp’s number one option in goal.
In other Liverpool news, the club’s supporters were critical of their defender after his display against West Brom.
