Morgan Rogers, Declan Rice react to Sunderland star Bellingham’s ‘finished’ message
Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers and Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice reacted to a message from Sunderland star Jobe Bellingham on social media.
The Black Cats entered the playoffs on a five-game loss streak, and looked to have fallen short at the first hurdle against Coventry.
That was until Dan Ballard scored a last-minute header to send Regis Le Bris’ side into the final against Sheffield United.
Against the Blades, Bellingham ran the show as Sunderland once again completed a stunning late comeback.
The win earned the club a place in the Premier League and the bountiful riches that come with it, and the game’s orchestrator posted a message to the club’s fans after their win.

The post was then liked by Man City target Rogers and Arsenal‘s star man Rice, with both showing support for the younger brother of their international teammate, Jude Bellingham.
Jobe Bellingham to reject Chelsea in favour of Sunderland stay
Football Insider Verdict
Bellingham became one of the Championship’s hottest commodities this season after impressing at the Stadium of Light.
The midfielder appeared 40 times in the regular season for Le Bris’ side, scoring four times and assisting three from the centre of the park.
Chelsea are one of several teams interested in Bellingham, and it seemed a foregone conclusion that he would leave if Sunderland failed to get promoted.

But, since they are now heading to the Premier League, the 19-year-old would be well advised to remain in the North East, at least for now.
Chelsea may be heading for Champions League football, but their midfield is stacked with talent and Bellingham’s development would likely be severely hindered if he were to move to West London.
It is hard to see how the former Birmingham City player would find a starting place ahead of Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, or Romeo Lavia, and at 19, he should be in no rush to leave a team where he is guaranteed to be the main man.
