Rangers sensation to see injury specialist on Tuesday night - confirmed

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has confirmed Ross McCrorie will see a specialist on Tuesday night about the foot injury which has forced him to be sidelined by the Ibrox giants.
McCrorie travelled with the Gers to their Florida training camp during the winter break but was unable to play any part in the wins over Atletico Mineiro or Brazilian champions Corinthians.
The 19-year-old has been a sensation since making his first-team debut for the Gers in September and has quickly established himself as one of the Light Blues’ key players under Murty.
Murty revealed McCrorie would see his specialist on Tuesday night as they try and get to the root of his injury.
“Ross McCrorie is seeing his specialist tonight then we’ll know more and I’ll give it to you,” Murty said, as quoted by the Gers’ official Twitter account.

The Scotland Under-21 international has made 18 appearances for the Light Blues since coming into the side and recently signed a new long-term contract with his boyhood heroes.
The absence of McCrorie will be a big loss for Murty’s side as the talented youngster has been a standout in the first-team in both defence and midfield.
The Gers return to action after the winter break when they take on Aberdeen on Wednesday night in the Scottish Premiership.
A win over Derek McInnes’ side will see the Gers leapfrog them into second-place in the table on goal difference as Murty’s side try and make up ground on runaway leaders Celtic.
