Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez has made two changes to his starting XI to face Burton Albion in the Championship on Saturday.
Midfield duo Vurnon Anita and Yoan Gouffran are the pair that drop out of the line-up after doing their part in the midweek victory over Wigan, with Christian Atsu and DeAndre Yedlin coming in. Yedlin comes in at right-back, while Atsu will slot in on the left-hand side of midfield.
The rest of Benitez’s side remains unchanged, despite the opportunity to rest more players within the busy festive period. For some of Newcastle’s side, this is their third appearance in the space of just seven days.
Newcastle revealed the team news on their official Twitter account an hour before kick-off.

Dwight Gayle, who is the Championship’s current top goalscorer with 16, leads the line for Newcastle meaning once again there is no place in the starting line-up for Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Ayoze Perez and Yoan Gouffran join Mitrovic on the bench as Benitez’s extra attacking options.
Jonjo Shelvey and Isaac Hayden continue their partnership at the heart of the Newcastle midfield, with Mo Diame deployed just behind the striker.
Newcastle travel to Burton hoping to extend their lead at the top of the Championship, whilst hoping that second-placed Brighton can slip up against Birmingham.
The Magpies have won their last two games without conceding, and Benitez will be expecting a similar performance on Saturday afternoon.
