‘Newcastle could land £11m payout after talks revealed’
Newcastle United are currently well-placed to secure Champions League for next season following their strong campaign.
Eddie Howe’s side missed out on European football last season after finishing seventh in the Premier League.
The Tyneside club currently sit seventh in the table again, but they have two games in hand on some of their top-flight rivals.
Newcastle are already making plans for the summer after confirming they will play Arsenal in Singapore on 27 July.
The Mail reported on 4 April the north-east giants are also in talks with Tottenham about playing a pre-season game in South Korea, with three matches expected to take place during their tour of Asia.
Finance expert Stefan Borson exclusively told Football Insider Newcastle could generate around $5million (£3.8million) for each game, taking their total earnings to around £11.4million.
Newcastle posted a record-breaking revenue last season after their turnover increased from £250million in 2022-23 to £320million.

Newcastle to match Man United after confirmed news
Borson revealed Newcastle are likely to earn a similar figure to Manchester United from their tour of Asia, with Ruben Amorim’s side set to travel to Malaysia and Hong Kong at the end of May.
He told Football Insider: “I think they’d hope that it could probably net $5million per game.
“The costs are a lot on these things, but I think that’s what they’d be looking for something like that.
“We have seen with United and their post-season games, they are worth about $5million each.
“What could Singapore and South Korea be worth? Probably similar amounts.
“I guess the draw of Manchester United is bigger than the draw of Newcastle United, but it’ll still be those sorts of numbers, maybe $5million per game.”

Newcastle want to agree Jarrel Quansah deal
Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider Newcastle want to sign Liverpool’s Jarell Quansah in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old is focusing on making the best decision for his career following speculation Arne Slot is planning to sign a new centre-back this summer.
However, Liverpool don’t want to lose Quansah, with the defender under contract at Anfield until 2029.
