Newcastle fans say the same thing about Alexander Isak exit after ‘mega deal’ news

Newcastle United might be looking ahead to one of the biggest games in the club’s history, but supporters are still worrying about the long-term future of one of their prize assets.

Anthony Gordon is set to be suspended for the EFL Cup final against Liverpool on Sunday 16 March after being sent off against Brighton in the FA Cup defeat.

A off-the-ball push in a moment of madness from the England international has cost him the game, and led to Newcastle fans losing respect for him in the process.

The Magpies have then been handed another blow as Lewis Hall is out for the season due to injuring a bone in his foot that will require surgery.

This has all increased the pressure on Isak, who is heading into the EFL Cup final as Newcastle’s major attacking threat.

However, his electric performances and consistency in front of goal are continuing to draw attention from other top European clubs which has led to questions about his long-term future at St James’s Park.

Newcastle United have been offered a ‘mega deal’

According to RMC Sport, PSG are now the latest team looking to sign the striker in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The French giants are preparing a mega deal which will see them offer Marco Asensio, Randal Kolo Muani, and Concalo Ramos in exchange for the Sweden international.

However, PSG have no shortage of competition in teams wanting to sign Isak as Arsenal are monitoring him and Football Insider revealed Liverpool are willing to offer Darwin Nunez as part of a deal to sign the striker.

Newcastle fans aren’t interested in selling Alexander Isak

PSG potentially offering a trio of players for one is a huge deal that the Ligue 1 side will hope can persuade decision-makers at Newcastle.

However, it isn’t swaying the Toon Army as they have made their feelings clear that they have no interest in this particular transfer.
