Newcastle line-up v Brentford: Regular axed in one change
By Dominic Toner
Rafael Benitez has dropped Mohamed Diame from the starting XI against Brentford.
Newcastle have made one change from the team that beat Rotherham 1-0 before the international break.
Ayoze Perez has come into the side and will hope to make a good impression.
Newcastle have announced their line up on their official Twitter account.

Benitez has handed the chance to Perez to try and stake his claim in the side and he will play in the number 10 role behind Dwight Gayle.
Perez, 23, has made 10 appearances this season and scored three goals.
Diame has been the preferred option in the last few games for Benitez but he has been named on the substitute’s bench.
The Senegalese international has been a constant presence since his summer arrival, but he is yet to register a goal or an assist for the Magpies.
Diame dropped down to the Championship from newly promoted Hull in the summer.
He has also enjoyed spells with English duo West Ham and Wigan during his English career.
He scored 14 goals in 57 appearances for his former club Hull and will hope to replicate that form with Newcastle.
Newcastle have been in great form recently and have risen up to third in the Championship table after a poor start.
