Nottingham Forest could make a ‘dramatic’ change after Sean Dyche appointment
Nottingham Forest are already on their third manager of the campaign after appointing Sean Dyche following Ange Postecoglou’s sacking.
Postecoglou replaced Nuno Espirito Santo just three games into the season, but he failed to win any of his eight games in charge at the City Ground.
Postecoglou was sacked following Forest’s 3-0 defeat to Chelsea on 18 October, forcing the club to move quickly in their attempts to appoint his successor.
Dyche was drafted in to replace the Australian manager on 21 October as he looks to help Forest move away from the Premier League relegation zone.
Forest claimed a 2-0 victory over Porto in the Europa League on 23 October in what was Dyche’s first game in charge, but they lost 2-0 against Bournemouth on Sunday (26 October).

Nottingham Forest should reach Europa League quarter-finals
Former Man City financial adviser Stefan Borson exclusively told Football Insider the priority for Dyche will be Premier League survival, but he insisted Forest should be targeting the Europa League quarter-finals.
Forest currently sit 17th in the league phase of the Europa League, having picked up four points from their opening three matches.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider about Forest’s priorities, Borson said: “Well, I think it must be about Premier League survival but also Europa League.
“I think it’d be a big leap for Forest to win the Europa League, but I think with their squad and with the Premier League quality, they should be targeting quarter-finals plus.
“Clearly, if you can get yourself somehow to win that competition, then of course you’ve got a Champions League place, so I think there’s still plenty to play for for Nottingham Forest.
“The league is still very tight. It wouldn’t take many games to move Forest dramatically up the table. They’re obviously going to be concerned about relegation when you have a start like they’ve had.”

Forest currently sit 18th in the Premier League table, three points behind fourth-bottom Fulham after nine games.
Nottingham Forest’s January transfer plan revealed
Dyche, who left Everton earlier this year, has signed a contract at the City Ground until 2027.
Football Insider revealed on 21 October Dyche won’t be given a big budget by Forest in the January transfer window.
It is understood the 54-year-old will have to work with the players currently at his disposal after the club spent more than £200million on summer arrivals.
Forest’s next fixture sees them take on Man United at the City Ground on Saturday (1 November).
