Nottingham Forest fans rage at Premier League after points deduction twist
Nottingham Forest and Everton fans have been left fuming at the Premier League, with changes to profit and sustainability rules set to be given the go-ahead.
Reports claimed the allowable three-year losses of £105million will be raised to £135million after Aston Villa proposed the change to the Premier League.
This comes after both Everton and Forest were handed points deductions under the old rules, while the likes of Villa, Chelsea and Newcastle could avoid the same punishment if the rules are changed.
Forest received a four-point deduction for their breach of PSR, while Everton received eight points for two breaches, putting both clubs at risk of relegation.

Fans raged at the timing of the changes, with Forest and Everton left short-changed by their punishments while other clubs will be allowed to get away with possible breaches.
Many others, however, saw the positives from the change and what it could mean for the upcoming transfer window.
Football Insider revealed that Forest will have to sell players this summer to avoid further breaches, but fans now think they could retain their stars.
