'Shocking', 'Liability' - Nottingham Forest fans blame one player for 1-1 draw v Reading
Nottingham Forest played Reading on Tuesday night in the Championship in a 1-1 draw between two of the league’s lower placed sides.
Aitor Karanka’s side went a goal down in the 40th minute through Richards after Costel Pantilimon parried a shot at him but only into the path of the defender, who put the away side ahead.
A late equaliser from Lee Tomlin gave the home support something to smile about.
The Spanish manager’s side have struggled of late in the league and have failed to maintain any kind of form despite a couple of good results here and there.
Tuesday night’s draw means that the side have only won once in the last six outings in the Championship.
Victories against Wolverhampton Wanderers in December and an FA Cup win against Arsenal had supporters expecting an upturn in results.
But that has not materialised and they have been up and down
Queens Park Rangers are up next for the Reds who are also in the mix with Forest near the foot of the table.
Ian Holloway’s side appears to be on the up with two wins out of their last five games, Forest could be in for a tough ride against their next opponents.
And supporters had one player in mind when it came to pointing the finger of blame tonight.
Tendayi Darikwa was on the receiving end of the Forest faithful wrath for his performance and here is a selection of what fans were saying on Twitter about the winger:
We got Darikwa, not a liability…????????????

Darikwa is absolutely shocking. Constantly out of position and when he is in position there’s not a hope of him stopping a cross. #nffc
