Nottingham Forest idol ‘wowed’ by journalist’s ‘big’ Dean Henderson update – ‘it’s a bargain’
Nottingham Forest would be making “a big statement” by signing Man United goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
That is according to former Forest and Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the possibility of Steve Cooper’s side signing the 25-year-old.
According to Fabrizio Romano (22 June), Henderson is one step away from sealing a move to the City Ground.

The England international is said to have agreed personal terms with the newly-promoted side ahead of a loan deal with an option to buy for around £20million.
Henderson struggled for game time at Old Trafford last season with David de Gea the preferred choice.
When asked by Football Insider for his thoughts on the prospective deal, Campbell said: “It is a bargain.
“Henderson is an impatient player. He does not want to wait around.
“He had a really good spell at Sheffield United. I think he came back to Man United expecting to compete with De Gea for that number one spot but it hasn’t worked out.
“It’s good to see that he doesn’t want to sit around. He wants to play.
“To get an England international goalkeeper for £20million would be cheap money.

“Brice Samba is not going to sign a new deal. He is going to leave so they need to bring somebody else in.
“I mean wow, it would be a big statement if they bring in Henderson.”
In other news, an expert has claimed Nottingham Forest have dropped a Keinan Davis hint as club-record deal close.
