Per Mertesacker delivers his verdict on Arsenal comeback against Bournemouth

Per Mertesacker hailed Arsenal after they came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 at Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.
Cherries defender Charlie Daniels put the home side ahead after 16 minutes, with a Callum Wilson penalty doubling their advantage four minutes later.
After the break, Eddie Howe’s side added a third when Ryan Fraser, who was fouled for the second goal, scored from close range.
With 20 minutes left on the clock, the Gunners produced their fightback first through Alexis Sanchez and then substitute Lucas Perez.
The home team were down to ten men with eight minutes left on the clock when Simon Francis was shown a red card as Olivier Giroud scored the dramatic equaliser in stoppage time.

Arsenal remain in fourth place after that dramatic result on 41 points from 20 Premier League games.
Tottenham, who are in fifth and two points behind, can leapfrog them in the table, if they beat leaders Chelsea at White Hart Lane on Wednesday night.
Antonio Conte’s Blues have won 13 games on the bounce in the league and they are eight points ahead of their London rivals Arsenal.
Wenger’s side next league game will be on January 14 when they take on relegation strugglers Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.
But before that, they have an FA Cup clash against Championship side Preston on Saturday afternoon.
