Piers Morgan: I've changed my mind about Tottenham 23-year-old
By Harvey Byrne
Celebrity Arsenal fan and outspoken social media user Piers Morgan has stated he’s changed his mind about Tottenham star Harry Kane, admitting that he’s brilliant.
The 23-year-old forward stole the show on Sunday afternoon, bagging himself a hat-trick and earning himself the golden boot in the process during Spurs’ emphatic 7-1 win against Hull.
It is an impressive feat considering Kane has missed eight matches of the Premier League season through injury, while close competitor Romelu Lukaku has only missed the season opening 1-1 draw against Spurs for Everton this campaign.
Kane’s starring display brought out many plaudits and one of those was ex-chairman and Tottenham fan Lord Sugar and he reminded Morgan on his personal Twitter account that he once claimed the Spurs goal machine was not a striker.

Morgan, who had just seen his Arsenal team miss out on a top four spot despite the Gunners’ 3-1 win against Everton on Sunday had to concede defeat on one of his old quotes too and he replied via his personal Twitter account, where he revealed he thought Kane was brilliant.

I've changed my mind.
You still think Wenger's best manager in the League?
(clue: he's not even best in North London) https://t.co/SO8v3vQDg9

Kane broke through the Tottenham academy and made his debut for the club in 2011 against Hearts in the Europa League qualification stage.
He has since eclipsed expectations with 99 goals in 165 appearances for Spurs in all competitions and fans will be hoping he only gets better.
