Pontus Jansson is going to miss the big game against Aston Villa on Friday night.

Paul Heckingbottom confirmed in his pre-match press conference that as it was a head injury, protocol dictates that Jansson can’t play – even if the player himself wanted to.

However, Leeds fans aren’t having any of it.

They thought he was feigning injury against Preston and they still think he’s ducking the game on Friday, despite what their manager is saying.

One fan went as far as to say that there’s only one thing on Jansson’s mind, and that’s staying fit for the World Cup finals in the summer.

Jansson is set to travel to Russia with the Sweden squad and the fan obviously thinks he’s playing for a big move.

Another fan said that it shouldn’t be a problem playing without him, given his recent form.
