Leeds have had a week to remember and one that could be crucial to their hopes of finishing in the top six in the Championship at the end of the season.
It all started with their 1-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday on February 25. That has been the most crucial three points they have picked up this season because it was against their promotion rivals.
They then topped it off with another win, this time on the road against Birmingham City on Friday with star man Chris Wood once again producing the goods.
Here, Football Insider looks at the three images that sum up the club’s week, starting with the win against Wednesday:
Pontus Jansson epitomised how the supporters felt in this picture with his wild celebrations after the crucial three points against Sheffield Wednesday. Centre-back Jansson started that match and was a key figure to the club securing the points and another clean sheet at Elland Road.

Manager Garry Monk served a one-game touchline ban as he watched from stands at St Andrew’s on Friday. Monk would have been anxious for his side not to slip up so they could continue their recent form and his team did not let him down.
The man of the moment, striker Chris Wood. Three goals in the space of a week, including two against Birmingham. All vital contributions, helping his club secure a valuable three points. Not only that, it takes the New Zealander top of the scoring charts in the Championship with 22 goals.
As a result of those two wins, Monk’ side are in fourth place in the table on 64 points from their 35 matches, 12 points behind leaders Newcastle.
They travel to London on Tuesday night for a crucial clash against seventh-placed Fulham who are eight points behind them in the table with a game in hand.
In other Leeds news, the club could reportedly recall this axed player for the clash against Fulham.
