Hutton told Football Insider’s Russell Edge: “I think this is what Harry Kane is wanting, what Heung-min Son is wanting.
“There’s a lot of pressure on those two guys that I just mentioned to come up with the goals.
“To be hanging on to the likes of Kane, you need to be bringing this level of player in to play alongside him. They’ll love this.
“You have to be bringing in big, top targets to play alongside the guys that are already there.
“I think that’s what they’re looking at to make everybody happy. The fans too I think everybody would be happy with that, fans and players.”
As revealed by Football Insider (August 3rd), Kane told Jack Grealish he will do “whatever it takes” to leave Spurs.
However, the 28-year-old is still contracted at Tottenham until 2024.
