Pundit in awe of 'unbelievable' Dallas as new Leeds contract confirmed
Alan Hutton has raved after Stuart Dallas signed a new long-term contract at Leeds United.
The former Scotland defender, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, admitted he was blown away by the 30-year-old’s “unbelievable” energy levels.
Leeds announced on Friday (July 2nd) Dallas had put pen to paper on a new three-year deal at Elland Road.
The Northern Ireland joined Leeds from Brentford back in 2015.
Hutton lauded Dallas for his versatility, having played in numerous positions under Marcelo Bielsa.
He is insisted the Whites had tied down a “key player” with the new deal.

Hutton told Football Insider’s Russell Edge: “What impresses me about Dallas is wherever you ask him to play, he does a good job.
“It doesn’t matter if he’s at the back, central midfield, out on the wing, he affects the game and makes things happen. His energy levels are unbelievable.
“I don’t know what they do to get to that sort of standard but wow, they can run all day. He’s a key player for Leeds and Bielsa and it’s good to see they’re tying these guys down.
“You see it so often where contracts run down and the clubs don’t know what to do to. Do they let them go on a free, do they keep them another year?
“Sometimes, somebody pinches them for a couple of million and it ends on a sour note.
“To tie down your assets is obviously key for Leeds moving forward. They had a great season last season, they’ll be looking to build on that in the new one.”
Dallas played in every Premier League game for Leeds last term, scoring eight goals.
He has a total of 230 appearances under his belt for the Whites.
