Pundit makes 'massive' claim as Aribo updates on leaving Rangers for Premier League club
Paul Robinson has lauded Rangers manager Steven Gerrard after Joe Aribo revealed he‘s happy at Ibrox amid transfer speculation.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former England teammate of Gerrard said European football and a “harmonious” dressing room will be two reasons why Aribo wants to stay at the club.
The attacking midfielder is one of a many Gers stars who have been linked with exiting Ibrox in 2021.
However, as quoted by the Glasgow Times (9th October), Aribo addressed recent transfer speculation while on Nigerian radio station Brila FM.
He revealed that he only cares about what is going on at Rangers and is ignoring outside noises.

When asked by Football Insider for his assessment of Aribo’s comments, Campbell said: “Steven is onto something good there.
“That is why I’m unsurprised to hear that Aribo is happy. Steven has created a very harmonious group there. It’s difficult at the big clubs to keep everyone happy but Steven seems to be managing it very well.
“The draw of England is massive but so is the draw of winning silverware and playing in European competitions. At Rangers, Aribo can get both of those things.”
Speaking to Brila FM, Aribo said: “I am not focused with anything that is coming outside of football.
“I’m just focused on what’s going on with my club, and me and my club – so that’s all I care about and that’s what I want to be doing.”
