Report: Murty delivers early Rangers Scottish Cup team news

Rangers are hoping to hand debuts to their latest transfer window signings in the cup this weekend, according to a report.
The Scottish Sun state that Gers are set to play Fraserburgh in the Scottish Cup on Saturday evening and are planning on giving their new acquisitions their first competitive games for the SPL side.
Supporters of the Gers will be looking forward to seeing what kind of performances Jason Cummings, Russell Martin and Jamie Murphy all make for the club.
Graeme Murty has been scouring the transfer market for players who can boost Rangers’ attack and help tighten up at the back and will hope that the mix of youth, as well as experience he has brought in, will add to his side’s potential.
However, whether the match will even be played is hanging in the balance.
With severe weather conditions taking hold in Scotland, the match may well be postponed.
Murty has also confirmed that further signings will be made as the news emerged that Hamilton Academic’s Greg Docherty has been left out of the squad for Accies match against Motherwell on Saturday.
In other Rangers news, Murty confirms more signings to be made.
