Rangers have pulled off the signing of Scott Arfield from Burnley on a four-year pre-contract agreement, according to a report and fans are ecstatic to hear the news.
The 29-year-old is out of contract this summer and speculation had been growing the Light Blues were in for the left-sided flyer.

But nothing has been confirmed by the club itself.
A 12 time capped Canadian international, the midfielder has made 20 appearances across all competitions for the Clarets, with two goals and one assist to boot.
A calf injury has kept the winger sidelined for the last eight games of the season and he has not played for Sean Dyche’s men since the 1-0 defeat against Swansea in February.
His injury record aside, Gers supporters are overjoyed by the news and can’t wait to see the Premier League ace starring for their side next year.
The news comes amidst widespread talk that Steven Gerrard could be about to take the reins from Graeme Murty at Ibrox, whose time at the club looks to nearing an end.
