'Disappointed' - Rangers fans gutted as Jan signing is benched v Hibernian

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has named his starting XI to take on Hibs at Ibrox – and Gers fans aren’t happy Jason Cummings has only made the bench against his former club.
The Ibrox manager has made six changes to the side which eased past Fraserburgh in the Scottish Cup on Wednesday night with Wes Foderingham, James Tavernier, Russell Martin, Sean Goss, Alfredo Morelos and Jamie Murphy coming back into the side to replace Jak Alnwick, Lee Hodson, Fabio Cardoso, Andy Halliday and Cummings, as confirmed by the club’s official Twitter account.

Murty’s side go into the game three points behind second-placed Aberdeen after playing one game fewer than the Dons and will be hoping Derek McInnes’ side slip up at Pittodrie as they take on Hamilton.
Josh Windass bagged a hat-trick on Wednesday night against the Highland League minnows and will be hoping to hit the net against the Easter Road side today.
Gers fans want to see on-loan striker Cummings paired with in-demand Morelos start together after being kept apart by Murty so far.
One gutted supporter was “disappointed” to see the 22-year-old January signing benched.
Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

The two sides last met on December 13th when the Gers came from a goal behind at Easter Road to secure a 2-1 win over Neil Lennon’s side.
Hibs are currently five points behind the Light Blues in fourth in the league and will be be looking to close the gap to the Gers with a win.
Murty’s side are in action again on Tuesday night as their hectic start to competitive action in 2018 continues when they face Partick Thistle in a rearranged Scottish Premiership clash.
