Rangers fans on Twitter have aired their wants for Ryan Hardie to be promoted to the first team after he scored twice for Scotland’s Under-20s team against Indonesia in the week.
The 20-year-old forward proved vital in his side’s win which will see Scotland face their England counterparts at the Toulon Tournament at the semi-final stage.
The young Gers emerging star equalised the scoring around the half hour mark with a curled effort before converting a penalty late into the second half in the 2-1 win.
He was clearly delighted with his efforts and after the match Hardie took to his personal Twitter account to post his joy at bagging twice.
Buzzing to have qualified for the semi finals of the @TournoiToulon against England. Topped off with a couple of goals, happy days ⚽️

Hardie is a product of the Rangers academy, making his professional debut for the club in a League Cup clash against Falkirk in September 2014.
He has since played 10 times for the Gers team in total, scoring two goals.
The youngster spent the last campaign on loan with Scottish Championship side Raith Rovers, scoring 13 times in 41 matches in all competitions and he will now be looking to take that gained experience back with him to Ibrox.
In other Rangers news, this 29-year-old attacker is open to Gers switch.
