Midfielder runs the show with 8/10 display: Rangers player ratings in win v Partick Thistle

Jason Holt – 8: Dominated the midfield area and drove the Gers forward and kept any Partick attacks to a minimum. Ran the show with a very good performance.
Sean Goss – 6: Showed his dead ball excellence with a great cross which Martin headed wide of goal, a solid enough performance in the middle of the park.
Daniel Candeias – 8: Had a very good night, set up Windass’ goal with a brilliant pass and gave the Thistle defence all kinds of problems throughout the game.
Josh Windass – 7: Scored the all-important opening goal which gave the Gers the lead, was relatively quiet after that but turned in a decent performance overall.
Jamie Murphy – 6: Didn’t dominate the game liked he would have hoped to, played better as the game opened up in the second-half and the Gers created chances.
