Rangers player Ryan Hardie has sent a message to fans after his performance on loan for Livingston in their 4-1 win over Scottish Championship leaders St. Mirren saw him named in the SPFL’s team of the week.
Hardie scored twice for Livi in the opening 15 minutes to stun Jack Ross’ side in a surprisingly one-sided match to keep the Lions second in the table.

Hardie was joined Ibrox team-mates Josh Windass and Jamie Murphy in the team of the week after their roles in the Gers’ 5-3 win over Hamilton.
The Scotland Under-21 striker joined David Hopkin’s side last month as he looks to earn a new long-term contract at Ibrox.
“Great result on Saturday and happy to make team of the week,” Hardie said on his personal Twitter account.

Hardie made his Rangers debut under Ally McCoist but has failed to hold down a first-team spot at Ibrox.
The striker’s current deal is up at the end of the season but with four goals in five games at the Tony Macaroni Arena, Hardie is doing his chances of prolonging his stay with the Gers no harm at all.
Hardie is joined at Livingston by Ibrox team-mate Jordan Thompson who is also out of contract in the summer.
The 20-year-old has had spells on loan with St. Mirren and Raith Rovers as he tries to make the breakthrough at Ibrox and become a first-team regular.
Hardie made seven appearances for the Gers in the first-half of the season before heading to Livi on loan.
