Danny Mills claims that Newcastle United will “look really exciting” if they follow up the signing of Callum Wilson with Ryan Fraser going into the new season.
The former Leeds and Manchester City right-back, speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, suggested that the former Bournemouth pair would allow manager Steve Bruce to adopt a more attacking style of play.
The Magpies confirmed the signing of Wilson this morning after Football Insider revealed last Wednesday that the club were in pole position to sign the England international.

This site also revealed last week that Fraser, who left the Cherries upon the expiration of his contract on 30 June, had agreed to make the move to St. James’ Park.
Sky Sports revealed today that the winger has completed his medical and is set to be unveiled in a black and white shirt in the next 24 hours.
When asked by Football Insider what Fraser will bring to the club, Mills said:
“If Ryan Fraser comes in as well all of a sudden Newcastle look really exciting.
“These are attacking, forward players that we know have quality. We have seen that from Wilson and Fraser from their time together at Bournemouth.
“It will give Steve Bruce the option to play in a slightly different way. The fans might turn and support him a little bit more.”

Fraser, 26, has made 120 Premier League appearances in his career with 16 goals and 29 assists to his name so far.
The Scotland international is a winger by trade but can be utilised as a wing-back which may have appealed to Bruce who played with a back five at times last season.
