Harry Redknapp delivers Twitter verdict on Tottenham regular, explains role of Pochettino

Harry Redknapp believes that Tottenham ace Dele Alli will only continue to improve under the guidance of manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs regular Alli has become an intergral part of the side in the past two seasons following his arrival from MK Dons.
The 21-year-old is currently enjoying a fantastic season at White Hart Lane and is being tipped to compete for the PFA Player of the Year award.
The attacking midfielder has thrived in a more advanced role this season and proved to be prolific in front of goal
He has managed 19 goals in his 42 appearances, with 16 of them coming in the Premier League.

Ex-Spurs manager Redknapp has raved about the qualities of Alli and feels that current boss Pochettino is the perfect man to help him improve.
“16 Premier League goals this season for Dele All already. Incredible for a 20-year-old midfielder & will only get better under Pochettino,” Redknapp wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Pochettino has helped transform Spurs into a top side in England and they have begun to compete at the top-end of the table regularly.
The north London club are seven points adrift of leaders Chelsea and have an outside shot of winning the title, with a lot of the credit belong to their playmaker Alli.
He has enjoyed a meteoric rise recently and is already viewed as the star for England’s senior team under Gareth Southgate.
Alli is also regarded as a main player at Spurs and he has proven this season to be one of the standout individuals in the Premier League, with his range of goals showcasing his technical ability.
The talisman has been given a free licence to influence matches by Pochettino and there is a belief that something special is currently building at Spurs.
