Relegated PL regular could provide solution to problem position which haunts Celtic
Celtic’s issues at right-back seem to have haunted the club for a long time.
Mikael Lustig plays too many games, Cristian Gamboa is out of the picture, and Anthony Ralston is unproven.
The Hoops should look to address this issue in the summer transfer window, and a player they should be looking at is West Brom right-back Allan Nyom.
The 30-year-old Cameroonian was a regular for the team that finished bottom of the Premier League last season, making 33 appearances in all competitions.
However, there is speculation that his time cold be up with the Baggies, with Austrian newspaper SN claiming that the Championship side want to sign Red Bull Salzburg right-back Stefan Lainer.

If that is the case then the experienced Nyom could well be available from West Brom, as Darren Moore looks to re-shape his squad.
Nyom might not be the most exciting of players, but he is good enough to get the job done on a regular basis, which is just what the Hoops need at right-back.
Lustig has lacked any real competition for his starting berth in the side for years, and it is about time that he was provided with a contest for his right to be in the team.
Nyom could well be the man to provide that competition, and the Hoops should make a move for the player as soon as the transfer window gets into gear.
