Reliable journalist details where Leeds £15,000-a-week player will be playing after Jan
Leeds United will not be letting loanee Pierre-Michel Lasogga return to Hamburg during the January transfer window, according to a reliable journalist.
Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Phil Hay has claimed on his personal Twitter account that Lasogga, 26, will not be leaving Elland Road this month and will remain a Leeds player after January, until the end of the season.
Lasogga won't go back but I can see others moving out of ER – Klich, for example.

This follows Leeds and Manchester United agreeing to terminate the loan deal for left-back Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, who returned to Old Trafford on Tuesday after failing to impress in Yorkshire.
Lasogga has also been less than impressive and fans would not appear to be too upset to see the German target man following Borthwick-Jackson in leaving the Whites earlier than planned.
The centre-forward is said to be earning £15,000-a-week during his loan spell with the Whites, but Hamburg are still paying a bulk of his wages.
Lasogga has made 17 appearances in all competitions for Leeds and scored five goals.
He has not found the net since the October defeat to Derby.
Football Insider verdict
Lasogga’s loan spell at Elland Road has been fairly miserable and it is unlikely that many Leeds fans would kick up a fuss if he was sent packing. The German is likely to be one of the top-earners at the club and for him performances to be so poor and his spot in the starting line-up diminished, a lot of money is being wasted on him. The Whites really need a new centre-forward this month because they have completely failed to find a decent placement to Chris Wood. Lasogga, Kemar Roofe or Jay-Roy Grot seem incapable of scoring goals on a consistent level and they need to be improved upon.
In other Leeds United news, the odds on the Whites to sign this £8million centre-forward have been slashed in the last 24 hours.
