Leeds United are likely hold off on their interest in Luton full-back James Justin until the summer, according to a reliable journalist.
Sun reporter Alan Nixon claimed on his personal Twitter account on Sunday that Leeds had someone watching over Justin, 18, as he played for Luton against Chesterfield on Saturday, however the teenager did not have a good game as the League Two leaders lost 2-0.
Football Insider exclusively revealed earlier this week that Leeds were ready to launch a bid for the England Under-20s international, however it is now understood in a major update that a move may not come into fruition until the end of the season.

Justin has been in great form for Luton, playing so well he earned a spot in the in the England Under-20s squad for the Under 20 Elite League in September.
He played against the Netherlands and Switzerland, contributing to two clean sheets while playing at right-back.
The defender, who can also play at left-back, has not been called up since but has continued to star for Luton, making 16 appearances in all competitions and scoring two goals in the process.
Football Insider verdict
Leeds could really do with an extra full-back, especially with Cameron Borthwick-Jackson’s loan deal coming under scrutiny and Luke Ayling’s season-ending injury. Justin is able to play at both left and right-back so could be a very useful young player to have in the side. Thomas Christiansen appears to be quite stubborn about making signings this month though and the arrival of Laurens De Bock will probably make the Dane believe that he has enough options. But Vurnon Anita, De Bock and Gateano Berardi aren’t enough to maintain a solid push for promotion this season. Leeds should move for Justin as soon as possible.
In other Leeds United news, the Yorkshire giants must launch an ambitious swoop for this £15million Premier League forward who is available to move in January.
