Reliable journalist: Left-sided flyer undergoing Leeds medical ahead of imminent deal

25-year-old left-back Laurens De Bock is currently at Elland Road undergoing his medical ahead of an imminent switch, according to a reliable journalist.
Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post reported the news on his official Twitter account, saying that while the deal was “still to be completely finalised” it was very much on course.

This follows a report that stated that De Bock has already agreed terms over his transfer.
The Yorkshire Evening Post stated the player had fallen out of favour with his current club, Club Brugge, with just eight appearances this season.
If he passes his medical the player could be available for the Championship game against Ipswich on Saturday.
Football Insider verdict:
This would be an extremely good deal for Leeds, with the area proving a real problem for Thomas Christiansen this season. The 25-year-old left-sided defender has experience at the highest level, with a Champions League qualifier under his belt this season. Gaetano Berardi has been playing out of position at the left and doing his best, but he admitted himself that Leeds needed someone better there. De Bock could be the man.
In other Leeds transfer news, one European defender is set to have a medical with the Whites within hours.
