Rodgers delivers positive transfer update, states who he wants to bring to Celtic
Brendan Rodgers delivered a positive transfer update to Celtic fans, saying that he wants to bring more players in.
Rodgers was talking ahead of the Scottish Cup clash with Brechin and the news will be welcomed by fans who have had to watch rivals Rangers strengthen.
Rodgers was quoted on the official Celtic Twitter page on Wednesday afternoon.
????️ BR: "More activity in the transfer window is something we’d be looking to do. For us it’s about bringing in quality. It’s about trying to get in the players who can make a difference for us."

Celtic have added centre-back Marvin Compper from RB Leipzig and secured a deal for Lewis Morgan from St Mirren, but the latter was loaned straight back to his former club for the rest of the season.
The lack of activity has made Celtic fans restless after Rangers confirmed Jason Cummings from Nottingham Forest after already adding Russell Martin, Sean Goss and Jamie Murphy.
Rodgers was quoted as saying he wants “quality” players who can make a difference for Celtic, but mentioned no possible targets.
Celtic play Brechin next in the Scottish Cup on Saturday before resuming the Premiership on Tuesday against Partick Thistle.
