Rodrygo bids farewell in emotional message after confirmed exit news
Rodrygo launched a goodbye message after an exit was confirmed amid ongoing rumours linking him with a move to Arsenal.
The Brazilian winger has experienced an up-and-down season at Real Madrid, largely due to his rotational role behind the likes of Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe.
Rodrygo has made just 22 starts in La Liga this season, and his limited involvement has fuelled speculation about a summer departure.
Football Insider revealed that Arsenal are eyeing a potential move for Rodrygo, although his reported £100 million price tag could lead the Gunners to explore other options instead.
Despite the hefty fee, many Arsenal fans have taken to social media to urge the club to sign Rodrygo, following recent reports that they remain firmly in the race.
Now, the Brazilian has posted a farewell message on social media, following confirmation of a departure from Real Madrid.

Rodrygo pays tribute to Carlo Ancelotti amid Real Madrid departure
Real Madrid officially confirmed on 23 May that Carlo Ancelotti will leave the club at the end of the season.
The Italian has already been appointed as Brazil’s new head coach, and with Rodrygo expected to play a key role for the national team, a reunion is likely on the cards. However, before looking ahead, the 24-year-old took a moment to post an emotional tribute to his club manager.
He said: “You’ve written one of the most incredible chapters in Club history: the coach with the most titles. And I was lucky enough that our paths crossed, a dream come true.
“I take all the conversations, advices and scolds but most importantly, your affection and those unforgettable hugs in both victory and defeat.
“You’re not just a coach. You are a mentor and a friend. Together we win Spain, Europe… and the world. Now we’re going to conquer the world once again, this time with the yellow shirt.
“Let’s keep writing our story together. I love you, Mister!“

Ancelotti rejoined Madrid in June 2021 for a second spell and enjoyed further success, adding two La Liga titles, three Champions Leagues, and two Copas del Rey to his incredible CV across both tenures.
Arsenal given green light for Rodrygo deal after Real Madrid transfer twist

Despite Football Insider revealing on 18 May that Real Madrid will demand up to £100m for Rodrygo, a move to Arsenal could still materialise—particularly if Los Blancos secure another winger this summer.
Athletic Bilbao star Nico Williams has emerged as a prime target for Madrid ahead of the window, and should that deal go through, it may pave the way for Rodrygo to depart.
Although the Gunners are also monitoring Williams, Football Insider revealed that a Madrid move for the Spaniard could see the Arsenal make a move for Rodrygo instead.
With both Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard enduring underwhelming seasons, a new winger is a priority for Mikel Arteta’s side as they look to strengthen ahead of the next campaign.
