Roy Keane thinks ‘Gazza-like’ England star has just given Thomas Tuchel major ‘problem’

Thomas Tuchel has a problem to resolve following England’s 5-0 thrashing of Serbia in World Cup qualification, which could impact Jude Bellingham.

England defeated Serbia 5-0 to put themselves a step closer to competing at the World Cup in North America next summer.

Harry Kane bagged, while Noni Madueke scored his first England goal to put the Three Lions in a strong position at the break.

Further goals arrived from Ezri Konsa, Marc Guehi and Marcus Rashford in the second period as Serbia finished the game with ten men.

With Bellingham injured after surgery on his shoulder, Keane believes Tuchel now has a selection issue to solve.

He gives the manager a problem and a brilliant option,” Keane said.

When you get the opportunity to perform like that, you send a message to the manager that ‘it’s going to be hard to leave me out

Keane also said Rogers reminded him of Gazza following a dazzling run in the second half.

Thomas Tuchel deliberating selections ahead of World Cup

Despite the World Cup being less than a year away there still seems to be positions in the starting XI and the squad up for grabs.

With Elliot Anderson’s emergence for England in this international break, Tuchel needs to decide whether the Nottingham Forest midfielder remains in the line-up and what effect that has on Bellingham.

In Bellingham’s absence, Rogers took his chance against Serbia and potentially moved above Eze in the pecking order.

Cole Palmer is also out injured, and the Chelsea star would also like to occupy the number 10 role.

Time for experimenting is nearly over for Tuchel and he must settle on his favoured starting line-up sooner rather than later.
