Scott Sinclair sends Twitter message to Celtic fans after winning two awards

Celtic star Scott Sinclair has thanked the fans on Twitter after being named the club’s player and players player of the year in Sunday evening’s awards night
The 28-year-old attacker made the switch to Brendan Rodgers’ Hoops in the summer for an initial fee of £3million after struggling in England with each of Aston Villa, West Brom and Manchester City respectively.
The experienced man has however managed to recapture his previous form in Scotland and in his debut season he has managed to scoop the players player and player of the season award, as voted for by fans.
The former England Under-21 international was clearly delighted with the accolades and on Monday afternoon he posted his joy via his personal Twitter account, while also thanking his teammates and supporters.

Sinclair has played a huge part in Celtic’s unbeaten domestic campaign this season and in Scotland’s competitions alone he has returned a fine 25 goals and 10 assists in 38 outings.

He will be hoping for a similar contribution towards the team next season and he will also be hoping to have more of an impact in Europe, where he played seven times in the Champions League qualifying and group stage without returning a goal or assist.
