The Colombian striker is perhaps the biggest conundrum in Scottish football. He has had a very good first season at Ibrox, scoring 18 goals, but he has also been guilty of missing some great chances, especially against Celtic.
There’s no doubt that the speculation about the player moving to China didn’t help the 21-year-old first teamer’s confidence, as he hasn’t been the same player since.
If the Chinese clubs are still interested in spending millions on Morelos, the Gers would have to think very seriously about letting the player move on in the summer.
