Tottenham found themselves on the wrong end of a brutal putdown when Soccer AM’s Twitter account stated that boxer Anthony Joshua has more wins than them at Wembley in 2017.
The 27-year-old was crowned WBA and IBF World Heavyweight Champion on Saturday night when he defeat Wladimir Klitschko via a technical knockout in the 11th round.
The enthralling contest took place at Wembley where 90,000 fans were present to see Joshua defeat the 41-year-old Ukrainian.
After Joshua’s win, the popular Sky Sports programme Soccer AM had this to say about his win as they couldn’t help but bring Spurs into the picture.
“Anthony Joshua has more wins than Spurs at Wembley in 2017,” Soccer AM wrote on their official Twitter account.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have only played one match at Wembley during this calendar year and that was a 4-2 FA Cup semi-final defeat against Chelsea.
However, they have struggled at the home of football this season, particularly during their Champions League and Europa League campaign.
They played four matches during those two competitions, losing on two occasions, drawing once and securing one win against CSKA Moscow.
The club confirmed on Saturday that they will play all their home Premier League matches at Wembley next season as they edge closer to moving into their new stadium.
The north London outfit will wave goodbye to White Hart Lane this term, with Manchester United set to be their final fixture at their old stadium.
In other Tottenham news, Tim Sherwood has told this Spurs ace that his head will be turned by this club.
