Solanke, Robinson react to ‘loved every moment’ message from Fulham ace Sessegnon
Dominic Solanke and Antonee Robinson reacted to a touching message from Fulham fan-favourite Ryan Sessegnon.
The 24-year-old returned to Craven Cottage last summer after five years in the wilderness with Tottenham.
Sessegnon received adoration from the West London club’s fanbase after re-joining his boyhood club, but expectations were low as the former wonderkid had failed to kick on during his time in North London.
The ex-England Under-21 international barely featured for the Whites during the early parts of the 2024/25 campaign, until an injury suffered by Robinson forced Marco Silva‘s hand.
The Portuguese manager gave the left-back a chance against Wolves, and Sessegnon repaid his manager’s faith by scoring against the Midlands side, and then followed up that performance with goals against Tottenham, Liverpool, and a last-gasp equaliser against Southampton.
However, given Sessegnon joined Fulham on a two-year deal, meaning he will be able to negotiate with foreign clubs in January with a view to a free transfer next summer.

Ryan Sessegnon shares anniversary message
Sessegnon has been front and centre during Fulham’s launch of their new kit for the 2025/26 campaign, and the 24-year-old shared a video of himself in the club’s new threads, captioned: “1 year. Have loved every moment being back. Bring on this season.”
The post was liked by Solanke and Robinson, showing support for the left-back.

Football Insider Verdict
Robinson has been linked with a move away from Fulham for some time now, as the USA international is one of the Premier League’s best fullbacks.
The ex-Wigan man may be on the radar of Man United, and at 28 years old, the Cottagers could be tempted to cash in on the defender whilst his value is still high.
Robinson offers everything managers want from their wide defenders in modern football, but with Fulham struggling to improve their squad so far this summer, selling becomes less appealing for Silva.
However, if he does leave, Fulham have a ready-made replacement in the form of Sessegnon.
The ex-Spurs man offers many of the same traits as Robinson does, and the 24-year-old’s end product is arguably even better than the American’s.
