Sorry Sinclair, you miss out on top spot in Celtic five best signings made in Rodgers era

COMMENT

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has been a massive success for the Hoops so far since taking over at the Parkhead club in May 2016.

His first season was incredible, as the Hoops won their first domestic treble since 2001, and completed an unbeaten league season for the first time since the 1890s.

This season might not have been as fluid, but the Hoops have still made history, setting a British record of 69 domestic matches without defeat, and they are once more on the verge of winning another domestic treble, a feat which would be unprecedented in Scottish football.

One of the major aspects of Rodgers’ time in Glasgow has been his signing policy.

He seems to prefer quality over quantity in the purchases he makes, as some of the team mainstays featured for the side which underperfomed badly under the management of Ronny Deila.
