Sources: Tottenham in talks to appoint Conte today and contract details after late-night negotiations
Tottenham will hold further talks with Antonio Conte today about replacing Nuno Espirito Santo as their manager, Football Insider understands.
A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that Conte has already been sounded out about the soon-to-be vacant post and is the top target of sporting director Fabio Paratici to take over.

Paratici and Spurs failed to land Conte last summer when negotiations collapsed over terms, including the guarantee of a sizeable transfer budget.
The Londoners will need to convince the former Chelsea, Juventus and Inter Milan manager of their ambition if they are to lure him back to the Premier League.
Paratici, who worked with Conte during a hugely successful period at Juve, believes he can persuade him and has already begun the process.
He is ready to offer a lucrative three-year contract to the former Premier League-winning manager.
Early talks have taken place and those will be stepped up today in what would be another ambitious move from Spurs.
The club were stung from their negotiations during the last summer, when talks with multiple managers including Conte and hugely popular former boss Mauricio Pochettino collapsed late on.
Conte is Tottenham’s top target, while the likes of Paulo Fonseca and Sergio Conceicao are also on Paratici’s list.
Ryan Mason could be appointed interim manager for a second time this year while the club embark on another managerial hunt.

The formal announcement of Nuno’s departure could come today as lawyers negotiate a severance package with the Portugese and his representatives.
He took over in June on a two-year contract following a protracted hunt for Jose Mourinho’s successor.
