Sources: Wolves 24-yr-old training with new club as he finalises 19/20 move

Wolves winger Jordan Graham is poised to join Gillingham on loan until the end of the season, Football Insider can reveal.

The 24-year-old has been training with the League One side in recent days after they agreed a deal to take him on loan for the second half of the campaign.

A Wolves source has told Football Insider that Graham is finalising the temporary transfer today and it is on the verge of completion.

Graham finds himself well down the pecking order and is not in Nuno Espirito Santo’s first-team plans at the Premier League high flyers.

The Portuguese is happy to send Graham out on loan in search of regular first-team football.

The winger joined Wolves on loan from neighbours Aston Villa in 2014 and sealed a permanent switch in 2015.

But he has only racked up 14 league appearances in a five-year spell and it appears that he may have played his last game for the Molineux outfit as he is out of contract in the summer.

Graham has not featured for Wolves this term and he spent the last few seasons out on loan at the likes of Oxford United (twice), Fulham and Ipswich Town.

The attacker officially returned to Wolves in November after his loan at Bulgarian side Lokomotiv Plovdiv ended due to an issue with FIFA clearance.

He is now keen to be playing regular first-team football as he looks to kick-start his career again after a frustrating time with injuries.
