Former England manager Steve McClaren has heaped praise on Tottenham following their 2-0 win versus Arsenal on Sunday.
The win came courtesy of goals from Harry Kane and Dele Alli and handed Spurs victory in the final North London derby to be played at White Hart Lane.
The victory was Spurs’ ninth in a row in the Premier League, and their 13th on the bounce at White Hart Lane.
The result also meant Mauricio Pochettino’s side closed the gap on league leaders Chelsea to just four points with four games remaining.
Writing in his Sky Sports column, McClaren rated Spurs’ performance as A+.
He said: “Excellent from Spurs. They continued their fantastic form and kept the title race alive.
“They have carried on from last season and continue to impress. Like Chelsea, they have the right balance in the team.”
Meanwhile the former Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest and Newcastle boss rated Arsenal’s performance as a C.
Chelsea were also handed an A+ by McClaren after their dominant performance at Goodison Park, while Everton received a C.
Next up for Tottenham is a Friday night clash with West Ham at the London Stadium.
A win will see them move just one point behind Chelsea, who face Middlesbrough the following Monday.
In other Tottenham news, Adrian has issued a stern warning to Spurs ahead of the Friday night clash.
