'He has it all': Club chief delivers glowing verdict of Celtic academy product
By Matt Farr
Albion Rovers manager Darren Young believes academy product Theo Archibald can be a Celtic star for the future.
Archibald, 19, is currently on loan at the Scottish third-tier club until the end of the season, but has impressed Young with his exciting talents.
The youngster had made an impression for Celtic during the UEFA Youth League during the first-half of the campaign, drawing interest from a host of clubs before Albion snapped him up on a temporary deal.
However, interest in his services has ben triggered again, with the Scottish Sun reporting last week that English Championship outfit Brentford were preparing a three-year deal for Archibald.
But Albion chief Young believes that Archibald can go on to have a great career with Celtic, and may not need to pursue a move to the Championship to fulfil his career ambitions.

He told the Scottish Sun: “On his day Theo has everything that terrorises defence as he has great pace and trickery. When he hits top form and runs at teams you can see them getting worried.
“I am not surprised that clubs are looking at him however he could still have a career at Celtic in my opinion. He has it all but he needs to be delivering it in every minute of every game.
“He is young and learning. Hopefully his spell here will help him find a really high level of consistency.”
Since making his move to Albion, Archibald has made three appearances, and has not featured for the club since the 0-0 draw with Peterhead on March 18.
But the move to Albion still represents a positive decision for his development, where he can hopefully return to Celtic at the end of the season with new-found knowledge and valuable first team experience.
Brendan Rodgers has taken a liking to handing young players a role in his first team squad this season, and Archibald will be no different if he can convince the Celtic chief to utilise his talents.
