Early season struggler among three Rangers players who have won sceptical fans over

COMMENT
Rangers have had one of the most frustrating seasons on the pitch in years as they go from sublime to ridiculous on a near-weekly basis – but despite this some of the Light Blues first-team have put in consistently impressive performances to win over sceptical supporters.
The Gers’ home form has been particularly disappointing as some players struggle to cope with th demands of playing in front of 50,000 fans every other week who have big expectations of their club.
When then-manager Pedro Caixinha made a raft of new signings last summer fans were left scratching their heads as a procession of players that many had never heard of were unveiled at Ibrox.
While the bulk of Caixinha’s signings ended up proving the sceptics to be absolutely correct, one or two have excelled for the Gers and, along with some of the players who pre-dated Caixinha’s arrival at Ibrox have made fans eat their words after showing they have the quality to be important players for the Gers.
With Caixinha long gone and Graeme Murty, some have continued to impress while others have taking their performances – or their goalscoring at least – to another level.
