24-yr-old in form of his career: Three Rangers stars at risk of being axed after Murty overhaul

COMMENT
Rangers manager Graeme Murty has embarked on a sizeable signing spree this month as he reshapes the squad he inherited from Pedro Caixinha in October.
Jason Cummings, Sean Goss and Jamie Murphy have all joined the Ibrox giants – with Russell Martin expected to follow suit imminently – while Declan John has agreed a permanent switch from Cardiff City.
With over two weeks of the transfer window left, the Light Blues could still bring in even more new faces as they try and reel-in runaway Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic.
Murty’s squad has also been supplemented by the return of Andy Halliday and Micheal O’Halloran from spells on loan.
The Gers go into the second half of the season looking to get closer to Celtic in the league and trying to lift the Scottish Cup as Murty tries to prove he can earn the job on a long-term basis.
With new faces coming in, there will be current first-team players worrying about losing their spot in the starting XI when the Gers return to competitive action this weekend after the three-week winter break.
