25-yr-old is changing minds of fans: Three things we learned about Rangers in win against Dundee

By James Black

Rangers eased by Dundee 4-1 yesterday at Ibrox as Pedro Caixinha’s Rangers side picked up their first home win in league this season.

The win moved the Gers to within three points of rivals Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership ahead of the first Old Firm game of the season later this month.

A double from Alfredo Morelos and second-half goals from Josh Windass and Carlos Pena assured the Light Blues of the points before Dundee’s Faissal El Bakhtaoui grabbed a consolation for Neil McCann’s side.

The 54-times Scottish champions never looked like losing and with two games against Partick Thistle coming up before Celtic visit Ibrox at the end of the month, Pedro Caixinha will be pleased with the manner in which his side handled their opposition.

Which brings us to the first of three things we learned from yesterday’s match.
