Everton fan and professional boxer Tony Bellew believes that is was ‘well worth it’ on Twitter after watching his team collect maximum points over Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday in difficult conditions.
With most of the country besieged by snow once again, the Brittania Stadium looked as though it didn’t escape the wintry weather if the world champion’s photo is anything to go by.

It was a well-earned victory for the Blues and the first win on the road since December.
A Charlie Adam challenge on Wayne Rooney in the first half saw the Potters man given his marching orders as the bottom three side were reduced to ten men.
The Toffees didn’t take the lead until the 69th minute through Cenk Tosun, who seemingly can’t stop scoring at the moment.
But the Potters surprised everyone when Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting broke back eight minutes later.
It wasn’t to be for Paul Lambert’s side though, as Tosun got his fourth in his last three outings for the Blues to ensure that it was ‘well worth it’ for Bellew.
Football Insider verdict:
It was a great three points as well as a hard-earned three points against a Stoke side that fought for everything which wasn’t surprising considering their plight. After the game, Lambert bemoaned a number of decisions that he felt went against the Potters, including an offside on Tosun’s first goal. Nevertheless, it’s two wins on the bounce for the Toffees and a move up the table to eighth as Sam Allardyce attempts to get supporters on side.
